The Bundling Assets Solutions Lab investigates how nonmarket actors can pool loan equity, develop sites together, and share aspects of management, while maintaining organizational autonomy. It‘s an alternative to formal mergers and fragmented systems. In this webinar, we launch our first report, based on lessons from BC‘s Community Land Trust, the Bumblebee Initiative between Ottawa Community Housing and four supportive housing providers, and Quebec’s Plancher, and discuss what’s next.
