The School of Cities, ReHousing and Realist.ca hosted an event that dove into the world of multiplexing, with a lineup of expert panelists. The evening was divided into two sessions followed by a networking mixer. Together they tackled questions and concerns pertinent to multiplex development and its intersection with architecture, planning, financing, design, contracting, and real estate. The event also included a demonstration of the ReHousing platform for multiplex development that will be officially launched on their website in the first quarter of 2025.
