Byeonghwa Jeong

Byeonghwa is Geospatial Data Scientist, and was awarded a Ph.D. at the University College London. His Ph.D. thesis is to predict gentrified high streets based on the changes in the retail, residential and footfall properties. He is interested in analyzing social phenomena resulting from interactions among diverse entities in our society using big data achieved from various sources and state-of-the-art methodologies. In addition, it is also fascinating to improve established models by supplementing geographical context because every model tends to be developed to analyze entities located somewhere on Earth.
