Tamara Kerzhner is postdoctoral researcher at the School of Cities, working on the Recovery for All project in Toronto, London and Bogota. Her research interests are in transport planning for vulnerable populations, mobilities of care, and the intersection of transportation and labour rights. She completed her PhD in City and Regional Planning at UC Berkeley in 2023, and has previously worked and conducted research in Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, the DRC and Israel and Palestine.
